Jetstar

Jetstar is transforming its booking engine and its broader website, rolling out new sites across all its regions. I’m crafting content for all English language sites – embedded with the Product teams, and liaising rigorously with the Brand, Marketing and Legal teams. Key to my role has been the responsibility to ensure all content produced on for the United States site met WCAG AA+ Accessibility standards. I successfully championed for these standards to be applied across all English language sites, and I’ve been charged for implementing them, wherever possible.
